  • Setup, configuration, and managementof SharePoint application features, functions, and services.
  • Performing standard SharePoint Site Collection Administration duties such as creating and managing sites, libraries, lists, workflows; managing features, functions, security groupsand user permissions, content types, columns, and content management.
  • Designing, creating, and regularly publishing detailed reportscommunicating summary of activities and the status of site collection parameters.
  • Designing and developingmaster pages, page layouts, and themes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholdersto identify, pursue, elicit, and document requirements for planning, designing, and developing information systems that enable business process automation, quality improvements, increased collaboration, greater transparency, monitoring of business performance, and improved communication, productivity, and detailed reporting.
  • Strengthening SharePoint adoption by promotingSharePoint capabilitiesto organization stakeholders. Producing marketing and awareness campaigns; developing communication and presentationmaterials; and conducting demos and trainings.
  • Working independentlywith end-users and executives to encourage SharePoint adoption and expanding their understanding and usage of SharePoint. Training usersand acting as first-line supportfor SharePoint stakeholders.
  • Providing alternatives analysis, recommendations, and strategiesfor continuously improving architectures, approaches, collaboration, and support and training of SharePoint stakeholders.
  • Designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting integrated SharePoint solutions, web parts, templates, and workflowsusing Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, BambooSolutions, InfoPath, Collabion, Enesys, Nintex, and the Microsoft Office Suiteand related add-ons and plugins.
  • Performing regular reviewsof current architectures to ensure relevance and appropriateness of the current state in anticipation of how the organization evolves and business needs change.
  • Regularly reviewing, configuring, and cleaning-up user accounts, permission groups, sites, and content to ensure stability and usability of the Site Collection and to safeguard important data.
  • Managing and maintaining permission groups, security settings, and site access.
  • Ensuring Site Collection users adhere to established policies. Enforce policies and standards, governance rules, and best practices.
  • Producing both summary and detailed, technical and non-technical documentation and reportscommunicating all Site Collection statisticsto varying levels of management and stakeholders.
  • Participating in meetings, recording meeting notes, and updating and informing stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting and working incidents tickets and support requests to closure.
