We are seeking a technical Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst you will engage with non-technical customers to elicit and document business requirements, work with technical experts and developers to translate those business requirements into technical solutions utilizing modern technologies in the cloud.

- Support business team in eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Construct test scripts.
- Run and facilitate quality and user acceptance testing.
- Document test results in attractive and functional reports.
- Maintain thorough documentation of relevant business processes, procedures, points of contact, and related information.
- Develop user manuals, how-to document, and training curriculums.
- Conduct end user training and support functions related to systems developed from business requirements.
- Support end user customers as needed for system developed from business requirements.
- Ability to speak English fluently and communicate clearly in both written and spoken word is critical.
- Must possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and solve problems with limited information, oversight, or direction from leadership.
- Must be able to gather and document business requirements and support technical experts in translating them into attractive and functional software solutions.
- Must have strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with Business Process Modeling Notation.
- International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certification a plus.
